• Building Sheds, Decks, and Docks: We specialize in creating durable and aesthetically pleasing sheds, decks, and docks that are tailored to meet your specific requirements. Due to building codes and permit laws, our services are limited to repairs and modifications of existing structures. However, there is ample opportunity to work within these regulations to enhance and improve your property. 
• Woodwork and Carpentry: Our expertise includes designing building custom built fences, gates, interior walls, doors, and custom built shelves. We pride ourselves on our problem-solving skills, offering cost-effective solutions where others might suggest expensive replacements.
• Electrical and Plumbing Tasks: While we avoid extensive plumbing and electrical work, we can help with tasks like changing faucets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans that don't require a specialized license.

 It's important to note that permits and coding laws differ between Florida and North Carolina. Many projects that wouldn't need a permit in Florida will require one in North Carolina. It is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain an owner's building permit before we start such projects.
